At the beginning of October, I finished an intense 8-week User Experience and User Interface Design course. In this course, I learned everything from UX to UI Design and used the Design Thinking method to create apps.

This article only contains the final products of all the projects. Over the next couple of weeks, I will publish articles that show the research, methods, and process of all my projects.

First project: Local E-commerce: House of Diaz

For my first project I worked together with two other students to create the UX design for the E-commerce platform for House of Diaz, a vintage store in Amsterdam. Click here to see the entire prototype.

Add a Feature: ING Banking app

For this project I added an expenses feature to the ING Banking app. The app showed the user where they spend their money and offers the user help with saving money.

Editorial Design: Hungry Monkey (First UI Assignment)

This was my first UI design step. I designed the Hungry Monkey website that had responsive design for iPhone, iPad and Desktop.

Tracking App: Loneful

My first full UI for an app

This project was split in to two weeks, a UX design week and a UI design week, about 3 weeks later. After learning everything about UI, I worked on the high-fid prototype for my loneliness tracking app. The app tracks the mood of the user and enables them to do different practices on the moments they feel lonely.

Final Project: GreenPlan

This was my final project during the Ironhack Bootcamp. I created an app that helped the user in becoming more sustainable. It showed the user how green they were by calculating their footprint. After calculating the footprint the user could start setting up goals that would help them in having a more sustainable lifestyle.
